Our return policy only occurs if something is damaged with the product

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or not up to standards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
You won't be able to return it if it's not broken if there's nothing wrong with it. If the colours wrong then we will try out bet to get it returned and changed.

Once we have taken the order back we will try our best to try get you a new one as soo as.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have checked the item out. if the item is damaged or not right we will get it changed or returned. If the item is wrong colour or not up to standards we will get it changed right away for you.
